- Information that we receive from you on application forms including but not limited to the 1003 or “Residential Loan Application” – (1003 is not available on this website)
- Information that we receive from third-party affiliates such as credit reporting agencies, title companies and residential real estate appraisers.
- All other information that we receive that pertains to your loan approval process.
- What constitutes an application? PLS considers loan inquiries to be prospects only, up until we have received; A full and complete application along with all income and asset docs from borrower for refinances. The same applies to purchases along with needing a designated address of the property to be purchased verified by a purchase agreement. When this information is received, the prospect will move into application stage and the respa period will begin.
Non-Public Personal Information
Progressive Lending Solutions does NOT share non-public personal information with third parties other than those directly involved in your loan approval process such as lenders, title companies, credit bureau agencies and residential real estate appraisers. We do not sell, rent or in any other way intentionally disclose your information to companies, agencies or individuals not involved in the approval process of your loan. By completing an application, sending an email or making an inquiry in regards to loan information, you consent to Progressive Lending Solutions to keep and use the information in a terms consistent with this policy.
